General terms and conditions.

The general terms and conditions of sale detailed in this document (hereinafter "General Conditions") regulate the process of purchase and sale of the products offered and available, and establish the contractual relationship between the applicant and / or buyer, and EXXILES Dream S.L.

These general terms and conditions of sale and delivery are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions to date once they are published on the site.

Each order and/or purchase made is governed by the General Terms and Conditions applicable on the date of the order.

The fact that you place your order using all the available methods automatically indicates that you accept our General Terms and Conditions.

EXXILES Dream S.L., reserves the right to change and modify the General Conditions of Sale without prior notice, for information purposes and without limitation, the products, their availability, payment and credit conditions, customer service hours, etc., or any other that it considers, at any time.

Delivery terms and conditions
The products may undergo modifications with respect to the graphic reproduction in the catalogue.
Their availability is subject to existing stock.

Transport costs will be borne by EXXILES Dream S.L. for deliveries in Spain and Portugal, for orders over 35€.
The Seller will make every effort to deliver the products within the deadline established by both parties. However, a preferred date may be set within an eligible period by the customer, although the company will endeavour to meet this delivery date, it cannot be guaranteed.
Upon delivery of orders, the person receiving the order is obliged to stamp and sign the delivery note. The delivery address on the order is univocal, its subsequent modification in the event that it is accepted may generate expenses charged to you on your invoice.

Price
The prices will be those in force on the date of dispatch of the order form.
EXXILES Dream SL. reserves the right to modify our prices at any time, but we undertake to apply the prices indicated at the time of placing the order, except for typographical or printing errors
Terms of payment
In general, payments will be made in the form that appears in the corresponding order.
For other forms of payment the customer will require prior authorisation on request.
In the event of payment delays beyond the period stated on your invoice or in the commercial code, a late payment charge will be made at the annual legal interest rate, with a minimum amount of 5% of the nominal amount of the invoice or amount for administrative costs, delay and/or reimbursement.
The assertion of a claim by the purchaser shall not entitle the purchaser to any suspension or deduction of payments.

Right of return and withdrawal
Within 7 days of delivery, the Buyer shall notify the Seller of the existence of apparent defects.
Apparent defects are understood to be those referring to a lack in the number of parts of the goods or defects in the quality or state of the product, which can be appreciated by means of an ocular inspection or a minimum control upon receipt of the products by the Buyer. If the complaint is not made within the aforementioned period, it will be understood that the goods have been received in perfect condition and condition, not giving rise to the replacement or return of the product.
Before unpacking the goods, any defect in the packaging must be noted on the delivery note in order to enable the transport insurance and to report it within 24 hours. Claims for open or lost packages will not be accepted if the delivery note of the transport agency has not recorded the incident on the delivery note.

Any controversy will be governed by the laws of Spain and as regards jurisdiction and place, only the courts and tribunals of the city of Toledo will be competent to settle any type of claim.
